Return and Refund

At Slide Show Australia, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our comprehensive return and refund policy below for details on how we handle returns and refunds for our wholesale customers.
- Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only if the Products are found to have a manufacturing fault. If you believe your order contains faulty items, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
- Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at Melbourne@slideshow.net.au with your order number, detailed description of the fault, and photos of the defective item.
- Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you if the return is approved. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the items.
- Shipping: Ship the items back to us using the address provided. The cost of returning the items is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned items to verify the manufacturing fault. This process may take 90 business days.
- Refunds
- Refund Approval: If the returned items are confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Credit Notes Refund will be issued within 90 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.
- Non-Eligible Returns: If the items are not found to have a manufacturing fault, the return will not be accepted. We will notify you of the decision, and you can choose to have the items returned to you at your expense.
- Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Damage During Shipping: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
- Shipping Costs for Returns
- Responsibility for Costs: The cost of returning items due to manufacturing faults is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- Reimbursement of Shipping Costs: In cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we will reimburse the return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing Time
- Initial Processing: Credit Note Refund requests will be processed within 90 business days of receiving the returned items.
