Account and Orders
1Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Yes, creating an account allows you to easily place orders and manage your purchase history. You can create an account by clicking on the "Sign Up" button on our website.
2Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is processed promptly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at customer@slideshow.net.au as soon as possible. Please note that you cannot cancel your order if the production process has started.
3Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, the minimum order quantity is one pack which includes 1 piece of each size.
Shipping and Delivery
1Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia via Direct Freight (dispatch on the same day – business day only). For international shipments, we only ship via Australian Post. Pick up is also available at 121 Langridge Street, Collingwood, VIC 3066
2What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong items, provide photos of the damaged or incorrect items immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. Alternatively, please contact customer@slideshow.net.au. Please note, we do not accept return products due to change of mind and customer-related damage.
Returns and Refunds
1What is your return policy?
We accept returns only if the Products have a manufacturing fault and we will issue you a credit note once the return process is completed. Please contact our customer service team at customer@slideshow.net.au within 30 days of invoice date to initiate a return. 1Can I request a product that is not currently in stock?
If a product you are interested in is out of stock, please contact our customer service team at customer@slideshow.net.au. We may be able to provide an estimated restock date or suggest similar items.
